15 Day Return Policy

You have the right to return the items within 15 days of receipt.
You are, however, responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. 
The return period begins on the day the items are delivered to you - that is Day 1. 

You must contact our customer service center to begin the return process. 
Please do not send any items to our corporate address in Portland. 
We do not have the facilities there to accept the items.

Our customer service personnel will ask your reason for returning the items. 
(For instance, is there a problem with the tire such as excessive radial run-out?) 
We will arrange to have the items picked up at your address.

Please use the original packaging to protect against any damage or separation that might occur in transit.
Tires should be packed properly together in packs of two.
The front and back of rims and complete wheel sets should be wrapped with enough cardboard to protect them and then taped. We reserve the right to make a compensatory claim for damages during return shipments caused by careless packing or inadequate packaging.
The logistics company will only accept items that have been packed with adequate packaging.
